In response to rising air pollution levels, the Delhi government has announced the reimplementation of the Odd-Even rule, restricting vehicular movement based on license plate numbers. The scheme will be in effect from November 10–20, allowing only odd-numbered vehicles on odd days and even-numbered on even days. Air quality in Delhi recently dipped into the “severe” category, with AQI levels exceeding 450. Authorities hope the measure will reduce smog and improve breathing conditions across the city.
